JKBOPEE:Rank-wise Provisional Merit List of candidates who have applied for GNM, ANM, MRT Courses- 2022
Reference: Notification No. 088-BOPEE of 2022 dated 19-11-2022
In pursuance of Notification No.088-BOPEE of 2022 dated 19-11-2022, the Board issued the Provisional Merit List (PML) of candidates who have applied for 12th based Paramedical Courses 2022 such as GNM, ANM, MRT Courses for objections and removal of deficiencies, if any, shown against their names. The Board has received deficient documents from the candidates upto the last date i.e.26-11-2022 fixed by the Board and has accordingly prepared the rank-wise Provisional Merit List of the candidates which is annexed as Annexure “A” to this Notification. Further, the candidates listed in Annexure “B” to this notification have failed to remove their deficiencies till 26-11-2022 and their candidature is hereby rejected on their own their risk and responsibility.
It is hereby notified for the information of the concerned eligible candidates of GNM, ANM, MRT & PM Courses that the Board shall conduct their physical round of counseling as per the following schedule: –

The eligible candidates are advised to report at BOPEE office, Jammu/ Srinagar as per above mentioned schedule of counselling from 08:30 am to 10:00 am for Registration- cumAttendance and fulfillment of other formalities related to the counselling on their day and date of counseling.
All participating candidates are advised to bring along their original documents such as Domicile Certificate/ Category Certificate, (if any)/Marks Card of 12th Class/D.O.B. (10thClass), on the day /date of counselling for presenting the same during the counseling, failing which they shall not be allowed to participate in counselling process.

Important Instructions for candidates to note:
- Calling of maximum number of candidate(s) for their participation in the counselling process does not confer any right upon them that all such candidates shall get the seat. The allotment of seats depends upon the approved intake of each institution as may be conveyed to the Board by the concerned Institution/Authority.
- The Board allot the seats to the candidates on the basis of merit-cumpreference and availability of seats.
- As soon as the seats are exhausted, the counselling process shall get stopped, therefore, the candidates willing to participate in this round of counselling are hereby informed that the counselling shall be closed for each course immediately after the seats are fully exhausted and no claim thereafter shall be entertained on this account under any circumstances.
- Further, the candidates in their own interest are advised to check the seat matrix on daily basis which shall remain available on the website of BOPEE (www.jkbopee.gov.in) and take a conscious decision before proceeding/coming for the counselling.
