JKPSC Veterinary Assistant Surgeon 2022: Rejection Notice for the post of Veterinary VAS:
Conduct of the Written Test for the post of Veterinar5r Assistant Surgeon, 2022 – Rejection thereof
Whereas, the Animal/Sheep Husbandry & Fisheries Department vide their communication No.ASHF-AHO GAZ / 15 /2027-03 dated: O.OI.ZOZL, referred 35 posts ofVeterinary Assistant Surgeon, 2022 to the I&K public Service Commission to be filled up through direct recruitment from amongst the eligible/suitable candidates; and
Whereas, the Commission, vide Notification No. 11-PSC [DR-p) of 2022 dated 26.04.2022, invited online applications forms from the permanent domiciles of UT of fammu & Kashmir, possessing the prescribed qualification; and Whereas, in response, to the above said Notification, the Commission received 632 applications; and Whereas, Government Order No.59 IK(SWDJ of Z02t dared 75.04.2027 notify the list of posts suitable for persons with benchmark disability under Rights of Persons with Disability Act, 2O1,6; and Whereas, as per above quoted order, candidates having “Hearing Impairment, One leg” are eligible for Veterinary Assistant Surgeon posts;
and Whereas, upon scrutin, certain candidates having disability other than as mentioned in the Government Order No.59 fK(SWD) of 2021 dated 15.04.2021have also applied for the said post.
NoW the candidature of the candidates listed in AnnexureJA’ of this notice is, hereby rejected for the reasons shown against each. However, if any of the candidate feels aggrieved with the rejection of his/her candidature, he/she may represent before the Appellate Authority of the
commission in support of his/her claim within a period of 06 days, from the date of issuance of this notice. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained after the stipulated period
NOTE:
The permission to appear in the written test is purely provisional and is subject to the fulfillment of eligibility conditions. The commission reseryes the right to have certificate/documents of didates verified, if it is at any stage found expedient to do so.
