National Scholarship Portal (NSP)-Final Reminder Notice regarding Pre-matric and Post matric Scholarships.
All the Head of Institutions (2012-4) of Government/Central Government/Private Schools of District Srinagar were directed to submit the Certificate/Declaration (given in “Annexure -A”) regarding Pre-matric and Post matric Scholarships to District Social Welfare Office Old Secretariat Srinagar. But as per the information received from DSW, most of the schools have not submitted the same till date. Moreover, some schools have not verified the scholarship applications of students at the School Level despite several reminders.
All the schools of district Srinagar are, therefore, once again directed to verify all pending applications within two days of the publication of this circular and submit the Certificate/ Declaration (given in “Annexure – A”) by or before 24th December 2022 without fail. Strict action shall be taken against defaulter schools.
ANNEXURE-A CERTIFICATE TO BE SUBMITTED ON INSTITUTE LETTERHEAD TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
It is hereby certified that: –
1. All the applicants enlisted are regular students of this institution for the year 2022-23.
2. The applicants forwarded online to the next level (L-2) are currently studying/ pursuing the course as mentioned in his/her online application form from this institution.
3. All the students enrolled in the scholarship are eligible and genuine as per the norms and guidelines in vogue of the Pre/Post-matric and Merit cum means scholarship scheme (NSP).
4. No backlog/private applicants have been verified online for the year 2022-23.
5. All the requisite documents of all registered/verified students have been retained in the office (along with online form/Bonafide Certificate) of the institute for record and reference.
6. All the facts given above are true to the best of my knowledge and for any false information given I/we shall be held responsible.
