Consequent upon the joining of the below mentioned appointee in pursuance of Government Appointment order no- 769-JK(HME) of 2022 Dated-29-10-2022 and 847-JK (HME of 2022 Dated: 28-11-2022 appointed as Class IV(Multi Tasking Staff) in the pay scale (SL1-14800- 47100) in this institution are hereby posted in the following Department/Hospital/Section with details (Date of joining, place of posting salary to be drawn) as devised below. The below mentioned appointee shall report to his place of posting/ controlling officer with immediate effect.
The Drawing and Disbursing Officer/Controlling officer(s) are hereby asked to ensure fulfilment of all the terms and conditions laid down in his appointment order strictly and standard terms /conditions already issued from time to time by the government especially with regard to verification of required documents/certificates and CID Verification before disbursement of salary and preparation of service records of the appointee. CID verification in respect of aforementioned appointee has already been taken up with concerned quarters through online EVS Portal of GMC Srinagar and will be subsequently communicated after the report is received from concerned quarters.
