The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the NEET Exam 2022 and released the Result Recently. A Particular SC Category Candidate who Scored 92 Marks which is very close to the Cut Off Marks, Failed to Clear the Exam. The Aspirant Filed a Plea in High Court for Getting Grace Marks to Clear his Exam. And the HC has Also Directed the NTA to Provide the Grace Marks Against the Will of the Board.
As the NTA Board is Against the Decision of HC Court, Filed an Appeal Case in Supreme Court. The Supreme Court stated that Giving Grace to a Particular Person will be Unfair to Other Candidates. This Grace Mark Decision may Also Face Chain Effects and Others will Ask for Grace Marks As Well. So, the SC Ordered a Stay in NEET Grace Marks Case Over Writing the Earlier Judgment of HC.
