In compliance to this office Circular No:- JKPMC/OUTSIDE/ 5615 5626, Dated :- 14.03.2022, regarding the suspension of Paramedical / Nursing Council Registration, Jammu / Srinagar, the below mentioned Universities/Deemed to be Universities have submitted the requisite approvals from UGC (University Grants Commission) and other competent authorities for running the Degree Courses.
It has been observed that the said Universities have been approved by UGC (University Grants Commission) under relevant Act(s), rules and norms and thereby awarding the Degree Certificates to the candidates are considered to be genuine and authentic. Further the Universities namely OM Sterling University Hissar Hisar Chandigarh Road, Hisar, Haryana 125001 and Nirwan University Rajasthan NH 21, Vill. Jhar Near Bassi, Main, Agra Rd, Jaipur,nhave submitted that the varsity had recently started Paramedical / Nursing Courses and there is no passed out batch who have awarded Degree from these varsity as of now. However some universities are still not complying with the instructions as has been passed vide aforecited Circular and reply to our communication letter(s) from concerned Universities is still awaited.
