Verification of employee information on JKHRMS portal and instructions
In order to implement Jammu & Kashmir Human Resource Management System (JKHRMS), verification thereof in a timely manner, it is hereby
enjoined upon all employees to fill correct credentials in the correction requests forwarded for approval. The undersigned verifies hundreds of
requests in a day but all except few are approved because of the wrong information submitted. It results in wastage of time and efforts and repetitive rejection of the requests. It is therefore, once again reiterated to submit proper correction requests. Any correction request rejected twice consecutively will be least prioritized and will be checked at the last.
